PregOmega Plus 30 Day Pack is an all-in-one supplement formulated for moms. It contains folic acid, vitamins and minerals, and omega 3 to support good health before, during and after pregnancy. Also contains extra calcium to promote good bone and teeth health.

Usage instructions:
Take one multivitamin and mineral tablet (purple) and one omega-3 soft gel capsule (clear yellow capsule) daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare provider. The daily dosage can be taken together, or incrementally throughout the day. The dosage remains the same for multiple (twins, triplets, etc) pregnancies

Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C. Protect from sunlight and moisture. Store the blister strips in the outer carton.
